Stalida is a small coastal village located 30km northeast of Heraklion and only 3km from Chersonissos and Malia. It is a well known holiday destination as it allots not only many luxurious hotels, beautiful, sandy, shallow and clean beaches but  also a rare variety of Cretan palm trees.
